This story is an example of how a scheme can be misutilised even by a terrorist.

VO-Mysore people are waiting from a month for this. The benefits of this card is announced and also the team was introduced. The process will take 20 days normally unless you know a broker. We find a Rajasthani person who got his UID in 1 hour. We got distrubed and we did an investigation. We go to the place where we meet this rowdy Marimuttu looking woman. You will find such brokers in every mysore one centres. If you dont have any proof what so ever they will get everything organised by hook or crook / by false docuemnts or fresh documents. We meet this boy Madhu who was misleading all the applicants. He was telling everyone something or the other but he signed our application since we had paid him the money. He himself ran around for us and got the card within 20 minutes. The officer of the centre was on leave and he was running the whole office.
Announcer: Can you beleive we got an UID made for Nandan Nilekani?
VO: Siddaraju is an auto driver, he sits near the auto driver. He will get your noraty certificate and everything else needed for a UID certificate. He said give me money and I shall take care of everything else. He has blank notary signed bond papers which he will use to fill in the application forms. We meet him the next day and he does everythine else pending for the UID. He gave us a slip wihch we should take to mysore one office and get the UID.

VO: Meet this intelligent man who knows how to get work done in govt. dept. He will get your ration card, voters ID card, ration card etc. The man says see I have to bribe officer to get his signature please wait. They have a whole network of governament officials, corporation officers and UID officers. Just imagine we got two UIDs for a single person. We met this notary in mysore court Vasudev. He says too many points about pakistan and terrorists but falls prey to our crispy notes and signs the papers. The photograph which he signed for is a Pakistani terrorist under arrest in Bangalore. We went visting another famous lawers office where the seceretary without even checking anything. He signed the application of a terrorist Ali Hussain. We got many more terrorist and dead person notary papers just paying very less money. We used the same UIDs to get simcards and internet connectivity very easily. Why should anything stop a terrorist from getting the same.
Mr. Nandan Nilekani your papers are ready please come for 5 minutes and take the UID please. Also we just want to tell you that the project which you took up has gone to a pit. If you have time we wish that you come to mysore and see the mess you have created.
