Bahrainis have held a protest rally outside the Saudi embassy in London against the military intervention of Saudi Arabia in Bahrain to help the Persian Gulf regime's crackdown on pro democracy demonstrators.

Participants in the rally hit out at the international community especially the western countries for turning a blind eye to the gross violation of human rights by the al-Khalifa regime in Bahrain voicing support for the pro democracy uprising in the country, Islamic Republic [of Iran] News Agency (IRNA) reported.

The protestors were carrying banners and placards in condemnation of the crimes by al-Khalifa regime and Saudi troops.

They hit out at both Bahraini and Saudi regimes chanting slogans of "free Bahrain", "end Saudi occupation", "al-Saud are terrorists and occupiers" and "al-Khalifa are murderers".

Angry demonstrators also stressed the democratic nature of the uprising and the irrelevance of media campaigns about sectarian problems fueling the anti government movements in Bahrain chanting "Bahrainis seek justice and democracy" and "Shiites and Sunnis are united in Bahrain".

Ethnic Bahrainis in Britain have staged several protest rallies outside embassies of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain in London over the past two months.

"Al-Khalifa have committed crimes against humanity by slaughtering peaceful protestors and the regime officials should stand trial at the International Criminal Court," a demonstrators told IRNA.

The activist also told IRNA that al-Khalifa dictators "have sacrificed Bahrain's territorial integrity and independence for the protection of their regime by calling in occupying Saudi forces" to help the regime suppress protests.

The demonstrator added "in people's view, such a regime is not eligible to rule" the country.
